The aggregate statistics of total operations days display all days for each individual vessel the conditions allowed operation and an average of all the runs.
It is then the number of days that vessel work when it is e.g. January. So if the vessel works all days and it is a 20 years run it will be 620 days maximum. This value is not represented in percentage due to the use of it for the possible operation days calculation.
