The aggregate statistics of possible operations days display how many days for each transportation the conditions would have allowed an operation. Should be a percentage, sailing days per vessel/available days per vessel in yearly resolution. 

Possible operation days in a year could be 250 (depending on availabilities and tasks scheduled) and the vessel could have had access all 365 days in the specific year. The simulation was run for 20 years so it looks into all operation days and access days in the 20 years in the simulation and it is displayed per year.
