The completion rate of tasks and works are visible. These values show the percentage of the completed task/working hours from all tasks/working hours.

CategoryDescription
Unfinished Work OrdersNumber of tasks that haven't been finished out of all scheduled
Completed Work OrdersNumber of tasks that have been completed out of all scheduled
Work Hours On Unfinished Work OrdersTotal time spent on unfinished tasks
Work Hours On Completed Work OrdersTotal hours required for completed tasks (Total man hours for the activity * number of tasks)
Completion Rate For Work OrdersPercentage of the completed task from all tasks (see calculation above)
Completion Rate For Work HoursPercentage of the working hours from all working hours (see calculation above)

For example, the following values are given:

  • Number of tasks in a year for the whole wind farm: 40 x type A, 40 x type B
  • Estimated working hours per task: 8 h (type A), 6 h (type B)
  • Finished number of tasks: 40 x type A, 35 x type B

Then can be calculated:

Type A
40 tasks for the whole windfarm in the whole year
40 tasks were finished
0 tasks are remaining in the backlog
40 / 40 = 1 = 100 % completion rate for tasks

40 * 8 h = 320 h estimated working hours for all tasks in the year and the wind farm
0 h working hours are remaining in the backlog
320 h working hours are done
320 h / 320 h = 1 = 100 % completion rate for the works

Type B
40 tasks for the whole windfarm in the whole year
35 tasks were finished
5 tasks are remaining in the backlog
35 / 40 = 0.875 = 87.5 % completion rate for tasks

40 * 6 h = 240 h estimated working hours for all task in the year and the wind farm
5 * 6 h = 30 h working hours are remaining in the backlog
240 h - 30 h = 210 h working hours are done
210 h / 240 h = 0.875 = 87.5 % completion rate for the works
